Hours: Part-time (3 days per week), with flexibility required for holiday and absence cover

Job Overview:
As a Practice Coordinator, you will be the welcoming face of Alto, playing a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our clients.
This role involves a mix of reception duties, patient interaction, local community engagement, and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to patients, ensuring they feel comfortable and well-informed.
- Manage day-to-day reception duties including appointment scheduling, handling phone calls, and maintaining patient records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, pharmacies, and GPs to enhance the visibility and reputation of our services.
- Efficiently manage clinic inventory, ensuring stock levels are maintained and orderly.
- Collaboratively work with the team to cover absences and support each other in providing uninterrupted service.
Ideal Candidate:
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and working with people.
- Confident and effective in a customer-facing role, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Eager to learn new skills and open to professional development opportunities.
- Proficient in computer use and familiar with standard office software.
- Preferably has a background in a healthcare field or a keen interest in audiology.

The Role:
You will be the pioneer audiologist at our Kenilworth clinic, tasked with embedding our ethos of personalised, client-centred care from the outset.
Your role will be to merge cutting-edge audiological practice with the tailored client experience that Alto is renowned for.

Requirements:
- A degree or foundation degree in Audiology or Healthcare Science.

- Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK and must have necessary qualifications and HCPC registration.
