Are you thinking about trying hearing aids, or getting used to new hearing aids? Do you want to meet and talk to others experiencing the same things as you?

Join us for our free hearing aid users’ support group, hosted by Lorraine Lawrence, hearing aid wearer and practice coordinator at Alto Hearing & Tinnitus Specialists, in Lutterworth.

Every first Wednesday of the month

5pm - 6pm

Join our support group for:

  • A supportive environment for hearing aid users.
  • Opportunity to connect with others using hearing aids.
  • Expert guidance and advice.
  • Learn about hearing aid insertion, adapting to hearing aids, proper hearing aid usage and maintenance, the latest hearing aid accessories, how to maximise the benefit from your hearing aids, and more!

Open to people with hearing aids from any provider, including NHS. Refreshments provided!

A fantastic experience.Took my brother (who has autism) to have his ear wax removed after going to the doctors the day before. Upon arrival we had a warm greeting by the receptionist who was very polite and professional. The ear specialist, Mariia, was very knowledgable and understanding of my brother’s needs - any discomfort or if he did not cope with the noise, Mariia would check in and stop if needed (she read his facial reactions excellently). The treatment was completed in 30-minutes, along with a hearing test afterwards. I was so invested in the treatment that Mariia checked my own ears to see if I needed to have wax removed.Overall, I would 100% recommend Alto Hearing and I would go again for sure.

Staff very efficient and friendly.Such a great relief after having earwax removal.Would definitely recommend so much more personal than the big companies like Specsavers and boots.I paid a set price at the beginning. They asked me to come back for a second appointment with no extra charge.Very much appreciated

Booked a last minute slot after visiting elsewhere (where I was told I couldn’t be helped) and arrived within an hour of booking, easy parking and a 10* experience! Was seen before my appointment was due so wasn’t sat around waiting.Thank you to the wonderful lady on reception in Lutterworth (I am so sorry I have forgotten your name!!). You were so kind, professional and friendly! A real credit to Alto hearing specialists! Your positivity and kindness makes a difference.And Mariia who was so pleasant and kind throughout. Offered me a free hearing test and made my day by helping me to hear again!!! Ensured I felt comfortable and was not in any discomfort throughout!
