Wonderful experience at Alto hearing. Had been feeling awful all week with a blocked ear. Was made to feel at home at the service provided was painless and professional. Maria was excellent and explained the procedure very well. If anyone has any hearing issues and problems and live in the Lutterworth area I would highly recommend.

I visited Alto Hearing at Market Bosworth after suffering from deafness in one ear for over 4 weeks after water from swimming had entered and became trapped. I tried lots of suggested things but nothing workedp. At my consultation with Carl, he explained everything about the procedure he was going to do clearly to me, examined my ears shown me photos, carried out the procedure while talking me through it putting me at ease. I've had my hearing tested by a well-known high street brand previously, but Alto Hearing were far more thorough and professional. It included testing with background noise, talking through my lifestyle and how it was being impacted by my hearing issues, and then they allowed me to try out the recommended product to see how much difference it could make. This gave me the confidence to proceed with their recommendation, and I've ordered my first set of hearing aids as a result.

Very welcoming experience all round from reception to hearing consultant….. on the initial hearing examination, ear wax was seen on their very impressive ear to screen camera. Decided to have the ear wax removed which was no where as intrusive as I thought it would be with no pain at all. Fully recommend their practice

Called this morning after my Mum-in-Law got a bit of her hearing aid stuck in her ear last night – incredibly helpful. They were able to see us within a couple of hours and sorted the problem quickly and painlessly. Excellent service, friendly and professional all round. Easy to park and access as well.

I called Alto Hearing at 11:00am asking about ear wax removal. The lady on the phone was so lovely and patient, taking time to explain everything to me. I managed to get an appointment for just 30 minutes later at 11:30am! The audiologist, Megan, was very knowledgeable and friendly, and overall it was an absolutely fantastic experience. I would recommend Alto Hearing to everyone.

Very professional yet relaxed service, I went in for ear wax removal and a routine hearing test where it was picked up that I have a slight loss of hearing, Karl was extremely thorough and reassuring. Highly recommended

I approached Alto for help to replace a lost hearing aid charger, as my own provider was unable/unwilling to help. The help and advice from Alto resulted in the arrival of a new unit collected and in use within 24 hours of my first enquiry. The staff were very helpful and friendly, finding me the best price too. I cannot thank them enough for their care and support. I shall be moving over to them soon and look forward to their support with my next set of hearing aids.

The Audiologist – Carl – has been fantastic. He checked my partner's ears and cleaned them thoroughly, making sure that the procedure wasn't painful. He then recommended a medicine to reduce the ear infection. At the free follow-up appointment, he checked my partner's hearing again. We are very grateful for his friendly, carrying and professional approach. I'd highly recommend Karl to anyone who suffers from any ear-related problems.

Booked a last minute slot after visiting elsewhere (where I was told I couldn’t be helped) and arrived within an hour of booking, easy parking and a 10* experience!
