I was using Otex to soften ear wax which led to almost complete deafness in one ear. I already had an appointment with a well known optician brand but it was ten days hence. I walked in to Alto to see if they could see me sooner and within minutes I was in the chair having the procedure. Expertly accomplished and my hearing is now the best it’s been in years. Totally friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

Visited Alto Hearing in Clitheroe for the first time today. Met by a very friendly and professional lady on reception who put me at ease immediately. Very relaxing waiting room and treatment rooms ,spotlessly clean. The audiologist was brilliant,he talked me through the wax removal process and carried out the procedure very efficiently, you can even watch it on the TV monitor,my inner ear looked like something out of a horror movie. All the wax is now gone and I had a hearing check whilst I was there. My hearing is now clear as a bell, best £65 I've spent…

Really good experience. Friendly receptionist, extremely thorough and friendly practitioner. I now feel 100% better than before my visit. I was offered a free follow up appointment too. Very impressed and so glad I went.

My wife and I had booked back to back appointments with Carl. We found him to be very friendly and patient and gave very thorough examinations with good explanation of his findings. We feel we were given extensive hearing tests and both have benefited from the microsuction Carl administered. Should we require any further assessments in the future we will definitely return. Great service, from Reception and Audiologist. As an anxious female in my late 50's, and had never had wax removal, let alone a hearing test, I was put at ease and relieved to share my hearing is good.. Thank you for a great service in a warm welcoming setting.

My husband and I went for a hearing “check” (both not knowing what to expect) Upon entering, we were met by Claire a very friendly receptionist and immediately felt relaxed. We went into the appointment together.The audiologist Andrew was very clear/ thorough in his explanation of what was involved in the procedure/s – which are painless!! Andrew was patient in listening to us and we felt we could ask questions without feeling awkward / silly and more importantly understand the reasons/ logic behind his explanations. We would totally recommend a visit to Alto Hearing even if it’s just for peace…

We had a very good experience. The Receptionist was both cheerful and helpful. Mariia was amazing – her patience, skill and care extracting a very stuck and difficult to remove lump from my husband's ear had to be seen to be believed. He can hear much better now 😁 Thank you for an excellent service.

Very impressed. I was wondering if I had tinnitus and needed ear wax removal . I had my ears examined and various hearing tests , the results of which were shown on the computer and clearly explained. It was all painless and all my questions were answered so I felt very reassured. I had booked for ear wax removal but as I didn't need it doing I only paid for the examinations. The receptionist and audiologist were both lovely and I would certainly recommend this service.

Excellent service. Quick and easy to get a appointment with an expert audiologist who understood what I was experiencing and guided me through the procedure. I was well informed and we'll cared for by a very professional and friendly team.

I’ve never needed to visit an audiologist so this was a first. Thankfully managed to get a same day appointment which was fantastic and Only 15 mins away. Lovely lady on reception and very helpful regarding where to park. Filled out their form and met by Megan, the audiologist. Another lovely lady who explained everything. Very informative and gave great advice on next steps. I will certainly use Alto again if needed and would highly recommend to others.

Carl was a very professional, efficient and friendly man and he explained everything very clearly. He tested my hearing in a number of ways and produced sophisticated graphs to show the results. I would highly recommend him

Had a great experience here when I brought my daughter. Leesa took the time to explain and take me through the results of her hearing test and answer any questions I had. Receptionist was also incredibly friendly on the phone. Would definitely recommend and I will be visiting here for any future hearing needs for myself.
