Your plan starts with understanding your hearing, your lifestyle and the situations you most want to improve. Your audiologist then helps choose the right technology and supports how it is fitted, adjusted and cared for over time.
Every plan includes a personal hearing aid fitting appointment, premium aftercare and ongoing support. Where appropriate, real ear measurements help check what your hearing aids are doing in your ears, so they can be fine-tuned more accurately over time.
When hearing aids are recommended, fitting can often be arranged within days.

Premium aftercare for your hearing aids
All of our hearing aid treatment plans offer five years’ hearing aid aftercare, meaning your audiologist will offer regular appointments to service your hearing aids and ensure you continue to get maximum benefit from them.
Should your hearing aids need to be repaired, we can often do this in-house. There are times when we may need to send your hearing aid away to the manufacturer, but we will always try to provide a replacement solution so you can continue to enjoy everyday life.

They treated both ears rather than just the problem one, which I really appreciated. The staff were friendly and professional, checking on my comfort throughout the appointment. I had a problem with my right ear, not all the time but from time to time. I had an appointment with Carl, who was very professional and made me feel at ease. I had a thorough ear test in both ears and was shown the graph of my hearing. I was very impressed with the test and advised l would benefit from a hearing devise. I went today to Alto Hearing, Clitheroe for my ears checking and a hearing test. From the minute I walked into the clinic, I was made to feel welcome and put at ease! The whole experience was professional and efficient! I felt no pain during the ear checking and wax removal, and the procedure and findings were fully explained to me! Booked an appointment in desperation with deep impacted wax, hearing loss and pain, got an appointment the next day and the price is affordable. The staff are really accommodating, and conversational, Mariia was very gentle with me, and my anxiety faded the more she worked as I could tell she is very professional and good at her craft. As a neurodivergent individual who dislikes physical contact and has issues trusting people with invasive procedures, I highly recommend Alto Hearing to anyone who needs it. I attended alto for wax removal today, I was alittle nervous never having it done before but was immediately put at ease by the friendly receptionist. I was promptly seen by Megan who explained everything well and carried out the wax removal which wasn't uncomfortable at all! Very pleased with the service and will definitely return when needed. I had severe ear problems of which I now know to be ear wax. I rang for an appointment in the morning and got one for the afternoon. The staff were so pleasant and welcoming I had my treatment completed very swiftly and left me feeling very comfortable. I would recommend Alto Hearing to anyone. Parking was plentiful. I visited Carl fir the first time yesterday, with tinnitus and some deafness in my right ear. After a full examination he advised me to see my Dr. as he thought it was an inner ear infection. Wonderful wonderful experience from reception to the woman ( forgive me I forgot her name ) she took care of me very well. I’m very happy with the results 110%, I have my hearing back after months of uncomfortable silence and pain. I cannot recommend them enough. 5 star and very affordable and quick service.
