Senior AudiologistLeesa qualified as an Audiologist and Speech and Language Therapist at the University of the Witwatersrand in 2004, receiving awards including Most Outstanding Graduate. She later ran her own independent hearing business in Johannesburg and now works from Alto Kenilworth, where she sees patients for Complete Hearing Assessments, hearing aids and ongoing care.

Senior AudiologistSandeep qualified as an Audiologist from Aston University in 2011 and has worked in both NHS and private audiology. She joined Alto in 2024 and works from the Lutterworth clinic, supporting patients with Complete Hearing Assessments, hearing aids and follow-up care.

Senior AudiologistCarl qualified as an Audiologist through Middlesex University and has worked in audiology for more than 17 years, first in the NHS and then in private practice. He joined Alto in 2023 and is based at Market Bosworth, where he sees patients for private hearing care, hearing aids and ongoing support.

AudiologistAndrew qualified as an Audiologist from De Montfort University in 2025 after a previous career as a teacher. He trained with Alto throughout his audiology education and now works from the Clitheroe clinic, providing Complete Hearing Assessments, hearing-aid care and wax removal.

AudiologistMegan qualified as a Doctor of Audiology (AuD) at the University of Florida in 2009 and has worked across a range of audiology settings since then. She joined Alto in 2025 and is based in Kenilworth, where her clinic work focuses on wax removal, soundchecks and ear-health support.

Adam Bostock
Founder and Managing DirectorAdam qualified as an Audiologist from the University of Bristol in 2009 and later completed an MBA. Over the last two decades, he has worked across the NHS, hearing-aid manufacturing and private audiology, including senior leadership roles within the profession.
He founded Alto Hearing in 2022 with a clear belief that hearing care should feel more personal, more considered and better supported. Today, he leads Alto’s clinical direction and long-term strategy across the group’s clinics.
Nicola Boulton
Head of Client Experience and OperationsNicola leads client experience and operations across Alto Hearing, helping ensure every part of the patient journey runs smoothly, professionally and personally.
Before taking on her current role, she was Practice Manager at Alto Kenilworth, where she became known for her calm approach, attention to detail and genuine care for patients. Today, she works closely with the clinic teams across the group, supporting everything from day-to-day operations to the overall experience patients and families receive when they visit Alto.
