Wonderful wonderful experience from reception to the woman ( forgive me I forgot her name ) she took care of me very well. I’m very happy with the results 110%, I have my hearing back after months of uncomfortable silence and pain. I cannot recommend them enough. 5 star and very affordable and quick service. My only regret not enjoying their reception treats lol. Chief Ghana royal family.

This is the first time that I have used Alto Hearing and I am extremely happy with the service I have received. I booked in to have a ear wax removal treatment . The process was quick and painless. Alto hearing helped me get my deceased father in law's Phonak hearing aids mended and able for me to use. The quality of service I received was excellent. Boots who had sold my father in law the hearing aids, refused to help me and I would not recommend them to anyone. Alto on the other hand were excellent.

I booked the appointment online and very quickly received a call back. We were then able to go through the reasons for me needing a hearing test and the appointment was confirmed. I received a very warm welcome with the offer of a hot drink on a very cold day as soon as I walked through the door. Leesa, the audiologist, was very professional and friendly and explained the procedure in detail so I understood exactly what tests would be carried out, and why. The whole process was completely stress free and I would highly recommend Alto Hearing.

After struggling with a blocked ear I called Alto and was immediately put at ease by Clare and an appointment was available the following day. I arrived to a warm and friendly welcome and everything was very quick and efficient. I was using Otex to soften ear wax which led to almost complete deafness in one ear. I already had an appointment with a well known optician brand but it was ten days hence. I walked in to Alto to see if they could see me sooner and within minutes I was in the chair having the procedure. Expertly accomplished and my hearing is now the best it’s been in years. Totally friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

Visited Alto Hearing in Clitheroe for the first time today. Met by a very friendly and professional lady on reception who put me at ease immediately. Very relaxing waiting room and treatment rooms ,spotlessly clean. The audiologist was brilliant,he talked me through the wax removal process and carried out the procedure very efficiently, you can even watch it on the TV monitor,my inner ear looked like something out of a horror movie. My wife and I had booked back to back appointments with Carl. We found him to be very friendly and patient and gave very thorough examinations with good explanation of his findings. We feel we were given extensive hearing tests and both have benefited from the microsuction Carl administered. Should we require any further assessments in the future we will definitely return. We had a very good experience. The Receptionist was both cheerful and helpful. Mariia was amazing – her patience, skill and care extracting a very stuck and difficult to remove lump from my husband's ear had to be seen to be believed.
