I approached Alto for help to replace a lost hearing aid charger, as my own provider was unable/unwilling to help. The help and advice from Alto resulted in the arrival of a new unit collected and in use within 24 hours of my first enquiry. The staff were very helpful and friendly, finding me the best price too. I cannot thank them enough for their care and support. I shall be moving over to them soon and look forward to their support with my next set of hearing aids.

When entering Alto, warm and inviting greeted soon as walk through the door offered a beverage. Very smart clean, environment. Assessments before your appointment quick and easy on your phone. All issues listened too, was able to see for yourself what your ear looks like. Hearing tests were comfortable. Conditions and explanations were given there and then with results, and further suggestions for treatments.

What a great experience. I’ve had hearing aids before through an optician /hearing aid shop – this is so much better. Personalised explicitly for your own ears. Knowledge is phenomenal and nothing too much trouble. I highly recommend.

I applied online for an appointment and was called next morning and offered a same day appointment. The surgery was well presented and the receptionist welcoming and professional. I was seen straight away by Andrew, the audiologist, who talked me through the treatment and my medical history. The treatment and hearing test were carried out quickly and professionally and it was a huge relief to be able to hear again properly following treatment. I would not hesitate to recommend this service.

Had ear wax removal in both ears by Andrew. He was very professional and put me at ease straight away. Nicola was so warm and friendly. Just a lovely experience from start to finish. Even had a free hearing test. Definitely recommend going.

Visited Alto Kenilworth for the first time after reading how important it is to have an ear test as you get older. I'd never heard of Alto before but they were close to me and decided to pay a visit. Booking was so easy I received a warm welcome o my arrival and my whole experience in having wax removed and a hearing test was better than I expected it to be. Got me booked in for a next day appointment, friendly staff and safely cleaned my ears and gave a hearing check included in the price as well. In and out in about 15 minutes. Very good, would recommend.

Really professional, thorough and comprehensive. So much better than when I used to go and do this at the GP. After clearing out all of my wax they also did a range of sound tests so we could see the improvements and also very reasonable pricing.

The Audiologist – Carl – has been fantastic. He checked my partner's ears and cleaned them thoroughly, making sure that the procedure wasn't painful. He then recommended a medicine to reduce the ear infection. At the free follow-up appointment, he checked my partner's hearing again. We are very grateful for his friendly, carrying and professional approach. I'd highly recommend Karl to anyone who suffers from any ear-related problems.

Booked a last minute slot after visiting elsewhere (where I was told I couldn’t be helped) and arrived within an hour of booking, easy parking and a 10* experience! Brought my Son for an ear wax removal appointment, very easy booking process and convenient location in Market Bosworth. Carl was very knowledgeable and thorough during the initial assessment and the removal was quick and painless. Can’t recommend enough!
