All of our hearing aid treatment plans offer five years’ premium aftercare, meaning your audiologist will offer regular appointments to service your hearing aids and ensure you continue to get maximum benefit from them.
Should your hearing aids need to be repaired, we can often do this in-house. There are times when we may need to send your hearing aid away to the manufacturer, but we will always try to provide a replacement solution so you can continue to enjoy everyday life.

I arrived to a warm and friendly welcome and everything was very quick and efficient. I was using Otex to soften ear wax which led to almost complete deafness in one ear. I already had an appointment with a well known optician brand but it was ten days hence. I walked in to Alto to see if they could see me sooner and within minutes I was in the chair having the procedure. Expertly accomplished and my hearing is now the best it’s been in years. Totally friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

Visited Alto Hearing in Clitheroe for the first time today. Met by a very friendly and professional lady on reception who put me at ease immediately. Very relaxing waiting room and treatment rooms ,spotlessly clean. The audiologist was brilliant,he talked me through the wax removal process and carried out the procedure very efficiently, you can even watch it on the TV monitor,my inner ear looked like something out of a horror movie. Very impressed. I was wondering if I had tinnitus and needed ear wax removal . I had my ears examined and various hearing tests , the results of which were shown on the computer and clearly explained. It was all painless and all my questions were answered so I felt very reassured. I had booked for ear wax removal but as I didn't need it doing I only paid for the examinations. The receptionist and audiologist were both lovely and I would certainly recommend this service.
