All of our hearing aid treatment plans offer five years’ premium aftercare, meaning your audiologist will offer regular appointments to service your hearing aids and ensure you continue to get maximum benefit from them.

Should your hearing aids need to be repaired, we can often do this in-house. There are times when we may need to send your hearing aid away to the manufacturer, but we will always try to provide a replacement solution so you can continue to enjoy everyday life.

I approached Alto for help to replace a lost hearing aid charger, as my own provider was unable/unwilling to help. When entering Alto, warm and inviting greeted soon as walk through the door offered a beverage. Very smart clean, environment. Assessments before your appointment quick and easy on your phone. All issues listened too, was able to see for yourself what your ear looks like. Hearing tests were comfortable. Conditions and explanations were given there and then with results, and further suggestions for treatments.

I applied online for an appointment and was called next morning and offered a same day appointment. The surgery was well presented and the receptionist welcoming and professional. I was seen straight away by Andrew, the audiologist, who talked me through the treatment and my medical history. The treatment and hearing test were carried out quickly and professionally and it was a huge relief to be able to hear again properly following treatment. I would not hesitate to recommend this service.

The Audiologist – Carl – has been fantastic. He checked my partner's ears and cleaned them thoroughly, making sure that the procedure wasn't painful. He then recommended a medicine to reduce the ear infection. At the free follow-up appointment, he checked my partner's hearing again. We are very grateful for his friendly, carrying and professional approach. I'd highly recommend Karl to anyone who suffers from any ear-related problems.
