Premium aftercare for your hearing aids
All of our hearing aid treatment plans offer five years’ premium aftercare, meaning your audiologist will offer regular appointments to service your hearing aids and ensure you continue to get maximum benefit from them.
Should your hearing aids need to be repaired, we can often do this in-house. There are times when we may need to send your hearing aid away to the manufacturer, but we will always try to provide a replacement solution so you can continue to enjoy everyday life.

Good experience which made a refreshing change. Not your usual silent doctor’s waiting area where nobody talks. Fiona was really chatty. If her yellow Mini’s outside, you’ll meet her. She thinks it’s orange but unfortunately Alto’s don’t do eye tests!

First visit to Alto Hearing, I accompanied my husband to his appointment. Super friendly welcome with coffee offered in a very comfortable waiting area. I mentioned to the receptionist that I had some concerns about my ears and was offered an appointment on the spot. I saw Megan the audiologist who was very friendly and thorough and gave me a free health check. Great service from Alto Hearing, my husband and I will be back there for our next appointment.

I visited Alto Hearing at Market Bosworth after suffering from deafness in one ear for over 4 weeks after water from swimming had entered and became trapped. I tried lots of suggested things but nothing workedp. I called Alto Hearing at 11:00am asking about ear wax removal. The lady on the phone was so lovely and patient, taking time to explain everything to me. I managed to get an appointment for just 30 minutes later at 11:30am! The audiologist, Megan, was very knowledgeable and friendly, and overall it was an absolutely fantastic experience. I approached Alto for help to replace a lost hearing aid charger, as my own provider was unable/unwilling to help. The help and advice from Alto resulted in the arrival of a new unit collected and in use within 24 hours of my first enquiry. The staff were very helpful and friendly, finding me the best price too. I cannot thank them enough for their care and support. I shall be moving over to them soon and look forward to their support with my next set of hearing aids.

Visited Alto Kenilworth for the first time after reading how important it is to have an ear test as you get older. I'd never heard of Alto before but they were close to me and decided to pay a visit.
