Are you thinking about trying hearing aids, or getting used to new hearing aids? Do you want to meet and talk to others experiencing the same things as you?

Join us for our free hearing aid user’s support group, hosted by Lorraine Lawrence, hearing aid wearer and practice coordinator at Alto Hearing & Tinnitus Specialists, in Lutterworth.

Every first Wednesday of the month

5pm - 6pm

Join our support group for:

  • A supportive environment for hearing aid users.
  • Opportunity to connect with others using hearing aids.
  • Expert guidance and advice.
  • Learn about hearing aid insertion, adapting to hearing aids, proper hearing aid usage and maintenance, the latest hearing aid accessories, how to maximise the benefit from your hearing aids, and more!

Open to people with hearing aids from any provider, including NHS. Refreshments provided!

Visit to Kenilworth for my aftercare appointment was second to none! The staff were welcoming and personable. Leesa conducted further tests , explaining every step professionally in a clear friendly manner. A prompt, friendly and thoughtful expert service, responding extremely carefully to my personal concerns about hearing loss. The comprehensive interview and tests were clearly designed to take into account my very active lifestyle, such as singing in two community choirs, and the demands of my continuing work as a 75 year old psychotherapist. I will be returning soon for a fuller assessment of my possible future hearing aid requirements.

I suffered sudden hearing loss in one ear over the weekend, really disturbing. First thing on Monday I visited Alto in case it was ear wax. I was seen immediately by Maria who, after close questioning, fully examined both ears and confirmed it wasn’t ear wax. She put my mind at rest and make several recommendations which I followed through with successfully. Couldn’t have been better - thank you.

I was not feeling very good about my ear and the clinic managed to solve my problem really quickly! I've even went to my GP and hospital, which was a terrible service and experience as they didn't solve what I had.The appointment was efficient, quick and all people in the clinic are really nice and they care about you as well.I highly recommend!
