Hear Together referral programme
These Terms and Conditions relate to our ‘Hear Together’ Referral Programme.
1. Eligibility
The Referral Programme is open to all customers of Alto Hearing who have previously used our services. Customers should be over 18 years old and must be residing in the UK.
2. Referral Reward
A £50 John Lewis voucher will be rewarded to the referrer for every successful referral.
3. Successful Referral
A successful referral is defined as when a person, referred by an existing Alto Hearing customer, purchases any of our hearing treatment packages.
4. Reward Distribution
The £50 John Lewis voucher will be sent to the referrer within 30 days following the successful purchase and the 30-day retention period of the referred person’s hearing treatment package.
5. Withdrawal of Offer
Alto Hearing reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.
6. Right to Refuse
Alto Hearing reserves the right to refuse the distribution of the voucher for any reason, including, but not limited to, suspected fraud, malpractice, or any violation of these Terms and Conditions.
7. Changes to the Programme
Alto Hearing reserves the right to modify, update or terminate the ‘Hear Together’ Referral Programme and its Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately unless stated otherwise.
By participating in the ‘Hear Together’ Referral Programme, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
This Programme is governed by UK law and is subject to all applicable UK laws and regulations. Participation constitutes the participant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
Free ear wax removal for over 75s
Promoter: Alto Hearing Ltd, a private audiology practice registered in the United Kingdom (the “Promoter”).
Eligibility: This promotion is open to all United Kingdom residents aged 75 and over.
Promotional Period: The promotion will run every Monday during the month of August, 2023, starting from the first Monday.
How to Participate: Eligible individuals can avail of the promotion by booking an appointment for a Monday during the promotional period. Appointments must be booked prior to visit.
The Offer: Eligible participants will receive a free ear wax removal service. No purchase is necessary. The service is subject to the discretion of the audiologist or ear hygienist, who may refuse treatment in certain circumstances for medical reasons.
Availability: The offer is subject to the availability of the ear hygienist and time slots on each Monday during the promotional period. Alto Hearing Ltd. reserves the right to close bookings if all available slots are filled.
Limitations: The offer is limited to one free ear wax removal per eligible participant during the promotional period.
Other Services: Other services provided by the Promoter are not included in the promotion and will be charged separately.
Future Use: Participation in this promotion does not guarantee the continuation of the offer beyond the promotional period. Any continuation will be at the discretion of the Promoter and communicated separately.
Data Privacy: Participation in this promotion constitutes permission for the Promoter to hold and use your personal data for the purpose of managing this promotion unless otherwise directed.
Disclaimer: Alto Hearing Ltd. reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or suspend this promotion in whole or in part, at its sole discretion.
Premium hearing aid package competition
1. Eligibility: This competition is open to residents of the UK aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of Alto Hearing & Tinnitus Specialists, their families, agents, or anyone else professionally associated with this competition.
2. Competition Period: The competition starts on 01/09/23 and ends on 30/09/23 at 11:59 pm GMT.
3. How to Enter: Participants must send an email nomination to competition@altohear.co.uk, explaining why they or their nominee deserves the premium hearing package. By submitting an entry, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
4. Prize: One winner will receive the AltoPremier premium hearing aid package, which includes two top-of-the-range hearing aids, a remote mic, a TV streamer, and full aftercare and wax removal for 5 years. The prize is non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
5. Winner Selection: One winner will be selected at random from a pool of entries on 01/10/23. The winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the closing date.
If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
6. Data Protection & Marketing: By entering this competition, participants consent to Alto Hearing & Tinnitus Specialists processing and storing their personal information for the purposes of this competition. Additionally, by entering, participants grant Alto Hearing & Tinnitus Specialists the right to contact them via email for marketing purposes. Participants can opt-out of receiving these emails at any time.
7. General:
- The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
- Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation.
