Have had earwax removal before elsewhere, this time I was able to see the build - up on screen so really easy to see the problem. Basic hearing test included so I now have a baseline. Really friendly service, would definitely recommend.

I went to ALTO today & what an enlightening experience it was.Informative consultation with Mr Adam Bostock, some trial pieces to see how I get on before purchasing & as I left, I said to the receptionist, was the music on when I arrived .. I didn't notice it !I could hear it & it was on when I arrived .. remarkable.. maybe, correct provision, most definately..impressed, without a doubt.

Most professional and hospitable ear clinic I have ever been to. The staff is delightful and very knowledgeable. I had my ear syringed and a subsequent hearing test- it was all done very quickly and efficiently. My ear feels better than ever. Alto is amazing!
