I received a thorough hearing test and was offered a hearing device which far out passed my previous device. Very helpful staff and the support for five years after purchase gives a comfort to my purchase. An investment in my hearing I never knew I needed.

Good service, easy to book, I called, even with it being my first time. Nice clean place, easy to find. Megan was very nice and explained everything well and checked throughout the microsuctioning if I was comfortable which was nice. Everyone was friendly and good price.

I explained my chronic ear problems, and Clare was very helpful in explaining the free ear examination and hearing test. Megan carried out my appointment and was absolutely lovely. She took the time to ask what had been going on with my ears and checked throughout the procedure whether I was experiencing any pain. She thoroughly cleared my ears, took photos, and arranged a letter and hearing test results to be sent to my GP. A very professional and caring service. Highly recommend if you’re having ear problems and want them checked.

The staff are very pleasant and helpful. The receptionist was clear with her advice and also helpful. and very reassuring. This experience was absolutely fascinating. Andrew encouraged discussion and explained everything very clearly. No hard sell or pushing hearing aids, if not yet required. The live visual of my wax removal was amazing and the result was a massive improvement to me. Highly recommend and trust Andrew with all things hearing related.

Carl was excellent, really friendly, professional and helpful. I popped in for a free hearing check as I noticed I was struggling to hear. Making an appointment online was easy. He checked my ears, gave me a hearing test and even an extra test (all for free) and I found out I have hearing loss and need to see a specialist. Thank you so much alto! I now have the chance to try and prevent further loss and get the right support. I'm so grateful! Plus I can stop blaming my teenagers as I thought it was just their mumbling…

I had an appointment with Carl on Wednesday for a hearing test and hearing aid check. Professional and friendly service. Really in depth hearing test. Better than others I’ve had over the years. 10/10 aftercare with my hearing aid. Always there for help and advice. Would highly recommend anyone who needs hearing help to go to alto. 😍🫶🏼

Excellent service, wife had micro suction and irrigation and she was amazed at the difference! Even put new filters and buds on her hearing aids foc. Really nice friendly chap too. Would definitely recommend 👍

This place is absolutely brilliant. I knew one of my ears was blocked with wax but didn't realise just how bad until the camera went in and i could see it on the screen. I saw Andrew who was great and explained the procedure and after a quick microsuction i was amazed at just how much came out and how instantly my ears felt clear and hearing back to normal. The Lady on reception was also very welcoming. Would definatley recommend and use again.

Alto Hearing are brilliant, warm and friendly from the minute you walk through the door. All staff are friendly, patient, polite and put you at ease. The audiologist was amazing, very personable and professional, gave me as much time as I needed. Explained everything in great detail, very knowledgeable and you can tell he enjoys his job. Very thorough procedure and hearing test nothing was rushed. Everything explained beforehand and nothing was too much trouble. Very positive experience. Would highly recommend.

Great experience. I booked in for an ear clean as I thought my ears were blocked, but after checking they were honest and said I didn’t actually need the treatment. Instead they did a hearing test and explained everything really clearly. The staff were very friendly, informative and took the time to answer all my questions. The wax removel procedure was painless and I got to watch it all on a screen which was very interesting. Afterwards I had a free hearing test and everything was explained in detail. They treated both ears rather than just the problem one, which I really appreciated. The staff were friendly and professional, checking on my comfort throughout the appointment. I had a problem with my right ear, not all the time but from time to time. I had an appointment with Carl, who was very professional and made me feel at ease. I had a thorough ear test in both ears and was shown the graph of my hearing. I was very impressed with the test and advised l would benefit from a hearing devise. Maria the audiologist was extremely professional, caring and gentle during my procedure and thorough in conducting my hearing test. The receptionist was equally welcoming to the branch and professional in manner. Both put me at ease, explained what would happen and treated me with kindness and compassion. I had severe ear problems of which I now know to be ear wax. I rang for an appointment in the morning and got one for the afternoon. The staff were so pleasant and welcoming I had my treatment completed very swiftly and left me feeling very comfortable. I would recommend Alto Hearing to anyone. Parking was plentiful.
