I had a problem with my right ear, not all the time but from time to time. I had an appointment with Carl, who was very professional and made me feel at ease. I had a thorough ear test in both ears and was shown the graph of my hearing. I was very impressed with the test and advised l would benefit from a hearing devise. I went today to Alto Hearing, Clitheroe for my ears checking and a hearing test. From the minute I walked into the clinic, I was made to feel welcome and put at ease! The whole experience was professional and efficient! I felt no pain during the ear checking and wax removal, and the procedure and findings were fully explained to me! The hearing test was conducted in the same professional manner. I would highly recommend Alto hearing clinic.

I attended alto for wax removal today, I was alittle nervous never having it done before but was immediately put at ease by the friendly receptionist. I was promptly seen by Megan who explained everything well and carried out the wax removal which wasn't uncomfortable at all! Very pleased with the service and will definitely return when needed. Maria the audiologist was extremely professional, caring and gentle during my procedure and thorough in conducting my hearing test. The receptionist was equally welcoming to the branch and professional in manner. Both put me at ease, explained what would happen and treated me with kindness and compassion. I had severe ear problems of which I now know to be ear wax. I rang for an appointment in the morning and got one for the afternoon. The staff were so pleasant and welcoming I had my treatment completed very swiftly and left me feeling very comfortable. I would recommend Alto Hearing to anyone. Parking was plentiful. A very relaxing and helpful experience. The hearing checks were thorough and non threatening- the results clearly displayed on the screen and explained in detail. I visited Carl fir the first time yesterday, with tinnitus and some deafness in my right ear. After a full examination he advised me to see my Dr. as he thought it was an inner ear infection. I took his advice and now have antibiotics. He was such a kind and helpful man. I would definitely recommend him . Helen Robinson.

Wonderful wonderful experience from reception to the woman ( forgive me I forgot her name ) she took care of me very well. I’m very happy with the results 110%, I have my hearing back after months of uncomfortable silence and pain. I cannot recommend them enough. 5 star and very affordable and quick service. After struggling with a blocked ear I called Alto and was immediately put at ease by Clare and an appointment was available the following day. I was using Otex to soften ear wax which led to almost complete deafness in one ear. I already had an appointment with a well known optician brand but it was ten days hence. I walked in to Alto to see if they could see me sooner and within minutes I was in the chair having the procedure. Expertly accomplished and my hearing is now the best it’s been in years. Totally friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

My wife and I had booked back to back appointments with Carl. We found him to be very friendly and patient and gave very thorough examinations with good explanation of his findings. We feel we were given extensive hearing tests and both have benefited from the microsuction Carl administered. Should we require any further assessments in the future we will definitely return. We had a very good experience. The Receptionist was both cheerful and helpful. Mariia was amazing – her patience, skill and care extracting a very stuck and difficult to remove lump from my husband's ear had to be seen to be believed. He can hear much better now 😁 Thank you for an excellent service.

From the moment I walked through the door, i was made to feel very welcome and at ease. Much appreciated the cup of tea that was offered too! Andrew was very knowledgeable and thorough in checking my hearing and ear health, and had no problem updating my existing hearing aid settings.
