Alto Hearing are excellent. I was offered a coffee by the friendly & polite receptionist. Megan was brilliant, she performed my wax removal treatment very carefully in a relaxed, but attentive & professional manner. The result was remarkable, I had to turn my car radio down 2 notches on the way home. I just wish more businesses were this good.

Booked an appointment in desperation with deep impacted wax, hearing loss and pain, got an appointment the next day and the price is affordable. The staff are really accommodating, and conversational, Mariia was very gentle with me, and my anxiety faded the more she worked as I could tell she is very professional and good at her craft. As a neurodivergent individual who dislikes physical contact and has issues trusting people with invasive procedures, I highly recommend Alto Hearing to anyone who needs it. Their work is definitely worth the price. :). I can hear better now and my ears…

I attended alto for wax removal today, I was alittle nervous never having it done before but was immediately put at ease by the friendly receptionist. I was promptly seen by Megan who explained everything well and carried out the wax removal which wasn't uncomfortable at all! Very pleased with the service and will definitely return when needed. Highly recommend.

Maria the audiologist was extremely professional, caring and gentle during my procedure and thorough in conducting my hearing test. The receptionist was equally welcoming to the branch and professional in manner. Both put me at ease, explained what would happen and treated me with kindness and compassion. They are both an asset to the business, thank you.

A very relaxing and helpful experience. The hearing checks were thorough and non threatening- the results clearly displayed on the screen and explained in detail. There was no hard sell but information provided for me to make an informed decision. It was a worthwhile appointment. I’m so glad I took the first step towards better hearing .

Great service from the moment I arrived. Everything explained throughout my treatment, which was expertly delivered. The free follow up hearing test completely put my mind at rest and I can confidently say that I will be returning for all of my regular checks from now on.

I visited Carl fir the first time yesterday, with tinnitus and some deafness in my right ear. After a full examination he advised me to see my Dr. as he thought it was an inner ear infection. I took his advice and now have antibiotics. He was such a kind and helpful man. I would definitely recommend him . Helen Robinson.

Wonderful wonderful experience from reception to the woman ( forgive me I forgot her name ) she took care of me very well. I’m very happy with the results 110%, I have my hearing back after months of uncomfortable silence and pain. I cannot recommend them enough. 5 star and very affordable and quick service. This is the first time that I have used Alto Hearing and I am extremely happy with the service I have received. I booked in to have a ear wax removal treatment . The process was quick and painless. I booked the appointment online and very quickly received a call back. We were then able to go through the reasons for me needing a hearing test and the appointment was confirmed. I received a very warm welcome with the offer of a hot drink on a very cold day as soon as I walked through the door. Leesa, the audiologist, was very professional and friendly and explained the procedure in detail so I understood exactly what tests would be carried out, and why. The whole process was completely stress free and I would highly recommend Alto Hearing.

I was using Otex to soften ear wax which led to almost complete deafness in one ear. I already had an appointment with a well known optician brand but it was ten days hence. I walked in to Alto to see if they could see me sooner and within minutes I was in the chair having the procedure. Expertly accomplished and my hearing is now the best it’s been in years. Totally friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

My wife and I had booked back to back appointments with Carl. We found him to be very friendly and patient and gave very thorough examinations with good explanation of his findings. We feel we were given extensive hearing tests and both have benefited from the microsuction Carl administered. Should we require any further assessments in the future we will definitely return. Very impressed. I was wondering if I had tinnitus and needed ear wax removal . I had my ears examined and various hearing tests , the results of which were shown on the computer and clearly explained. It was all painless and all my questions were answered so I felt very reassured. I had booked for ear wax removal but as I didn't need it doing I only paid for the examinations. The receptionist and audiologist were both lovely and I would certainly recommend this service.

Feeling a little nervous, Carl was extremely friendly and put me at ease straight away. He always explained in detail what he was going to do and made it a very comfortable experience. My ears feel so much better 😊 Highly recommend!
