I visited Alto hearing in Clitheroe and was so impressed with the professionalism of the staff. I had the ear wax removal and Andrew explained everything to me and even offered a free hearing test which I accepted, which put my mind at ease. Many thanks Jo.

What a wonderful experience. Both ears completely full of wax. Everything explained & beautiful work done by Andrew. Even watched everything being done on a tv. Worth every penny to be able to hear every word spoken to me. Very warm welcome by the receptionist, lovely reassuring chat.

Alto Hearing are excellent. I was offered a coffee by the friendly & polite receptionist. Megan was brilliant, she performed my wax removal treatment very carefully in a relaxed, but attentive & professional manner. The result was remarkable, I had to turn my car radio down 2 notches on the way home. I just wish more businesses were this good.

Had noticed my hearing had deteriorated in crowded places. Was recommended to Karl at Alto. After thorough testing my mind was put at rest no pressure for a sale just a genuine interest in my concerns. Booked an appointment in desperation with deep impacted wax, hearing loss and pain, got an appointment the next day and the price is affordable. The staff are really accommodating, and conversational, Mariia was very gentle with me, and my anxiety faded the more she worked as I could tell she is very professional and good at her craft. As a neurodivergent individual who dislikes physical contact and has issues trusting people with invasive procedures, I highly recommend Alto Hearing to anyone who needs it. I had a very positive experience with Alto and have now met three members of the team. They are professional, friendly, competent and adept. Leesa was very thorough, great at explaining the tests and results, and her follow up letters were provided as promised and within a short timeframe. I had severe ear problems of which I now know to be ear wax. I rang for an appointment in the morning and got one for the afternoon. The staff were so pleasant and welcoming I had my treatment completed very swiftly and left me feeling very comfortable. I would recommend Alto Hearing to anyone. Parking was plentiful. A very relaxing and helpful experience. The hearing checks were thorough and non threatening- the results clearly displayed on the screen and explained in detail. There was no hard sell but information provided for me to make an informed decision. It was a worthwhile appointment. I’m so glad I took the first step towards better hearing .

I visited Carl fir the first time yesterday, with tinnitus and some deafness in my right ear. After a full examination he advised me to see my Dr. as he thought it was an inner ear infection. I took his advice and now have antibiotics. He was such a kind and helpful man. I would definitely recommend him . Helen Robinson.

Wonderful wonderful experience from reception to the woman ( forgive me I forgot her name ) she took care of me very well. I’m very happy with the results 110%, I have my hearing back after months of uncomfortable silence and pain. I cannot recommend them enough. 5 star and very affordable and quick service. After struggling with a blocked ear I called Alto and was immediately put at ease by Clare and an appointment was available the following day. I arrived to a warm and friendly welcome and everything was very quick and efficient. Visited Alto Hearing in Clitheroe for the first time today. Met by a very friendly and professional lady on reception who put me at ease immediately. Very relaxing waiting room and treatment rooms ,spotlessly clean. The audiologist was brilliant,he talked me through the wax removal process and carried out the procedure very efficiently, you can even watch it on the TV monitor,my inner ear looked like something out of a horror movie. All the wax is now gone and I had a hearing check whilst I was there. My hearing is now clear as a bell, best £65 I've spent…

My wife and I had booked back to back appointments with Carl. We found him to be very friendly and patient and gave very thorough examinations with good explanation of his findings. We feel we were given extensive hearing tests and both have benefited from the microsuction Carl administered. Should we require any further assessments in the future we will definitely return. We had a very good experience. The Receptionist was both cheerful and helpful. Mariia was amazing – her patience, skill and care extracting a very stuck and difficult to remove lump from my husband's ear had to be seen to be believed. He can hear much better now 😁 Thank you for an excellent service.

Feeling a little nervous, Carl was extremely friendly and put me at ease straight away. He always explained in detail what he was going to do and made it a very comfortable experience. My ears feel so much better 😊 Highly recommend!

I needed microsuction to remove earwax and managed to get an appointment very quickly at Alto Hearing Market Bosworth. Carl Morley is the most gentle person I have ever had doing this. I highly recommend him, he is both professional and relational. Thank you.

Wonderful experience at Alto hearing. Had been feeling awful all week with a blocked ear. Was made to feel at home at the service provided was painless and professional. Maria was excellent and explained the procedure very well. If anyone has any hearing issues and problems and live in the Lutterworth area I would highly recommend.
